Founder and President:

a. The President will preside over general meetings and committee executive meetings, providing operational directives.
b. The committee ensures the well-being of all members.
c. The President has the right to cast a casting vote in case of a tie.
d. The President can appoint temporary positions at the national, state, and block levels.
e. The committee can spend up to Rs. 5000 for its activities without seeking permission.
f. No decision will be made by the committee without the President’s approval.
g. The right to receive donations and contributions belongs to the President.
h. The President has the authority to remove officials and members involved in wrongful activities or misconduct.

Vice President:

In the absence of the President, the Vice President will complete their programs and provide full support.

General Secretary:

a. The General Secretary will call committee executive meetings and general meetings, write proceedings, implement rules, conduct all types of letter correspondence, and manage daily activities.
b. Prepare a detailed report and present it in the general meeting.

 Secretary:

a. Conducting proceedings, managing correspondence, and ensuring the smooth operation of all activities.
b. Presenting annual reports during general meetings.
c. Maintaining details of all members and having the authority to spend up to Rs. 5000 for committee work. Any expenditure beyond this requires executive committee approval.

Treasurer:

a. Responsible for managing the committee’s finances, keeping accounts meticulously.
b. Collecting and providing receipts for all bills paid by the president, secretary, and executive committee.
c. Collecting funds.
d. Authorized to spend up to Rs. 5000 for committee work. Any expenditure beyond this requires executive committee approval.

5.1 Organization Minister:

Works for the organization’s welfare and organizes the officials and members.

5.2 Arrangement Minister:

Organizes and oversees every program of the organization.

5.3 Information Minister:

Provides information to all officials and members of the organization on time.
